The audiences for the NCAA men's basketball tournament Final Four and national championship in Houston saw declines, with the championship game averaging 14.7 million viewers on CBS, while the Final Four averaged 12.3 million viewers on CBS for the pair of semi-final matchups, according to ShowBuzz Daily.
