Wanderley replaces Nuzman as COB chief

Paulo Wanderley has been elected to replace Carlos Nuzman as president of the Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB) after the latter confirmed his resignation yesterday (Wednesday) following his arrest last week for allegedly ‘buying’ votes for Rio’s successful bid for the 2016 summer Olympics.
