Major League Rugby loses LA, Austin teams for 2023 season

Major League Rugby has suffered a devastating blow, with the Los Angeles Giltinis and Austin Gilgronis not returning for the 2023 season amid "uncertainties" surrounding the club's joint ownership.

The teams are owned by Loyals Rugby, a rugby investment company founded in Australia.
