US wrestling organisation WWE is in talks with state gambling regulators in Colorado and Michigan regarding the potential of legalising betting on major events.
WWE is also working with professional services firm EY on the venture, according to CNBC, citing people familiar with the matter. EY, and rival firm PwC, have historically worked with awards shows such as the Academy Awards and the Emmys to keep their results a secret.
