World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) announced record gate revenue and viewership for its recent Royal Rumble event in San Antonio, Texas.
The event drew $7.7m (€7.1m) at the gate, a more than 50-per-cent increase from the 2017 event, while viewership jumped 52 per cent from the 2022 record-setting event.
