World Netball launches drive for Brisbane Olympics inclusion

World Netball has declared its intention to work with Netball Australia to make a “compelling case” for the sport’s inclusion in the Brisbane 2032 summer Olympic Games, maintaining there is “significant growth potential” in the men’s game.

Brisbane was confirmed as the host of the 2032 Olympic Games after it was voted in at the 138th International Olympic Committee Session last month ahead of the start of the postponed 2020 Games in Tokyo.
