Ukraine sports minister talks up country’s potential Olympics bid

Ukraine is actively investigating the possibility of preparing a bid to host the Olympic Games within the next ten years, according to the country’s youth and sports minister Vadym Huttsait.

Both winter and summer variants of the event are on the table, Huttsait said, though he admitted that “we are considering more the Winter Olympics,” also noting that a proposal to stage that Youth Olympic Games was a possibility.
