UFC opens state-of-the-art production centre in Las Vegas

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has opened a new state-of-the-art 130,000 square-foot production facility in Las Vegas, known as “UFC Apex.”

The arena – which sits adjacent to UFC’s Las Vegas headquarters – will be used for live UFC events and will house a control room, which will enable UFC to produce live events remotely from all over the world.

The arena space in the multi-million dollar facility can be reconfigured to accommodate a variety of events, including other sports competitions, concerts, stage shows, and esports tournaments. It can also be converted into a sound stage for use as a rehearsal space for entertainment acts booked throughout Las Vegas.

The third season of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series, which is being broadcast June 18 on ESPN+, will be the first event to take place at the new venue.
