The European Tour has named logistics technology provider Slync.io as the new title sponsor of the Dubai Desert Classic, replacing watch brand Omega in the role.
Next year’s event will become part of the Rolex Series – the European Tour’s premium category of events – for the first time and will offer a prize fund of $8m (€6.75m), up 146 per cent on the $3.25m prize fund for the 2021 tournament.
