North Carolina to host 2029 World University Games

The US state of North Carolina has been awarded hosting rights for the 2029 edition of the World University Games.

The executive committee of the International University Sports Federation (FISU) voted to confirm the selection yesterday (Tuesday) during a meeting ahead of the 2023 Winter Games in Lake Placid, New York.
