NHL Winter Classic at Dallas’ Cotton Bowl attracts crowd of 85,630

The 2020 Bridgestone National Hockey League Winter Classic garnered an announced attendance of 85,630 at the Cotton Bowl Stadium in Dallas, Texas, on January 1, which was the second-largest crowd for an NHL game in the league's 102-year history.

Host team the Dallas Stars defeated the Nashville Predators 4-2 at the college football venue and site of the annual State Fair of Texas.
