New World TV lands FA Cup rights in 17 African countries

New World TV Group has secured exclusive French-language pay-TV rights to broadcast England's FA Cup in 16 countries across Western and Central Africa, along with non-exclusively in Chad.

Under the agreement, brokered by the IMG agency, the Togo-based satellite broadcaster will air live French-language coverage of all fixtures from the next two seasons of the annual competition (2022-23 and 2023-24), alongside highlights programming.
