National Collegiate Athletic Association president Mark Emmert is looking to introduce an interim measure that will allow college athletes across the United States to capitalize on their name, image and likeness (NIL) until a permanent solution is found.
According to a leaked memo, Emmert informed administrators across all three NCAA divisions that permanent NIL rule changes were unlikely to be in place by July 1.
