McDonald's has been named the first founding partner of NASCAR's inaugural Chicago Street Race Weekend, granting the fast-food chain official presenting, marketing, and promotional rights for the race weekend.
The deal includes the Cup Series and Xfinity Series races over the Independence Day weekend races in downtown Chicago on July 1 and 2. McDonald's will have a visible presence with branding on the course and at the start-finish line as well as at fan entrances and zones.
