FISA exec says pollution could delay Rio 2016 events

Matt Smith, executive director of the International Rowing Federation (FISA), has said that rowing events at next year’s 2016 summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro could be delayed due to water pollution at the venue for the sport.
