EPCR finalises BT Sport renewal as ITV, RTÉ and S4C sign free-to-air deals

European Professional Club Rugby has renewed a rights agreement in the UK and Ireland with pay-television broadcaster BT Sport, while free-to-air deals have also been struck with ITV, RTÉ and S4C.

BT Sport, which recently formed a joint venture with Warner Bros. Discovery, has broadcast the Champions Cup and Challenge Cup since 2015 and will continue to do so until the end of the 2023-24 season as part of its new two-year deal with EPCR.
