Danish, Swedish audiences hit heights for all-Nordic handball final

Broadcasters in both Denmark and Sweden pulled in strong audiences for Sunday’s IHF World Men’s Handball Championship final between the two Nordic countries.

Denmark’s 26-24 win in Cairo ensured that the Danes retained their world title in match broadcast by public-service broadcaster DR and also TV2 Denmark, the government-owned subscription and free-to-air broadcaster.
