The International Cycling Union (UCI) has registered a net surplus of CHF21.3m ($22.2m/€21.3m) in its latest annual report after the postponed Tokyo 2020 Olympics helped uplift revenues to CHF61.4m.
The result, which covers the 12-month period ending in December, means the federation made a CHF8.8m surplus over the elongated Tokyo 2020 cycle from the start of 2017 until the end of last year.
