UCI names Italy as Gravel World Championships host, approves 2021 finances

The International Cycling Union (UCI) has awarded Italy hosting rights to the first two editions of its new Gravel World Championships and confirmed the calendar for the 2022 Track Champions League competition.

The inaugural UCI Gravel World Championships will take place in Italy’s Veneto region on October 8-9. Italy will also host the 2023 event on September 30 and October 1, with the location to be confirmed at a later date.
