UC Regents allow UCLA to join Big Ten, include conditions

The University of California Regents voted 11-5 to not block the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA) from leaving the Pac-12 conference for the rival Big Ten, but the college will have to pay compensation that can reach up to $10m (€9.43m) per year to the University of California, Berkeley for the move.
