Super Bowl LV organizers celebrate Buccaneers reaching historic “home” NFL showpiece game

The Tampa Bay Super Bowl LV Host Committee has hailed the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for becoming the first National Football League team to secure a Super Bowl berth in their home stadium.

Led by veteran quarterback Tom Brady, the Buccaneers defeated the Green Bay Packers 31-26 in the NFC Championship Game over the weekend to reach Super Bowl LV at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida on February 7.
