Skiing powerhouses take to CAS to challenge Eliasch’s FIS re-election

The national skiing associations of Austria, Croatia, Germany and Switzerland have united to protest the controversial re-election of Johan Eliasch as president of the International Ski Federation (FIS) in front of the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Eliasch, the sole candidate, was re-elected after claiming 100 per cent of the available votes at the FIS Congress last month.
