An official contract will be signed shortly and the deal, which will focus on the promotion of the series, has been signed ahead of the 2020 season.

FIM and Santander have also announced the provisional calendar for the 2020 season, which will get underway in Le Mans, France on April 18-19. Events will then follow at the Lausitzring, Germany on May 16-17 and the Pannoniaring, Hungary on June 27-28.

Great Britain will then host an event at a to-be-confirmed location, before Rijeka in Croatia hosts a leg on August 29-30. Assen in the Netherlands will then host an event from September 17-20 before the series heads to Germany’s Oschersleben on October 3-4 and concludes in Estoril, Portugal on October 24-25.
