RFEF gains €7.5m government grant for 2030 World Cup bid

The Spanish Government has approved a funding package of €7.5m ($8m) for the country’s bid for the 2030 Fifa World Cup.

The grant has been assigned to the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), which is playing the leading role in an effort that also includes Portugal and Ukraine.
