New Zealand Rugby Union profits from World Cup strategy

The New Zealand Rugby Union’s (NZRU) staging of the 2011 World Cup has allowed the organisation to report a NZ$9.6 million (US$7.9 million) profit for last year, reversing near identical losses for the previous 12 months.
