The New Zealand Rugby board has agreed to proceed with raising NZ$62.5m (€38.6m/$42.5m) via its existing Silver Lake underwrite, in a move that will increase the private equity company’s interest in NZR Commercial from 5.71 per cent to 7.5 per cent.
