The expectation that Nordic Entertainment (Nent) Group will enter the Dutch market continues to gather pace as pay-television broadcaster Ziggo Sport confirmed its loss of Formula One rights in the Netherlands from next year.

Reports in the Netherlands suggest Nent will replace Ziggo as the exclusive broadcaster of F1 in the country, acquiring the rights exclusively from 2022 in a deal that would also see the withdrawal in the Dutch market of F1 TV Pro, the championship's premium streaming platform.
