Former National Basketball Association star Earvin "Magic" Johnson is looking to buy a stake in the National Football League's Las Vegas Raiders, according to a report in Semafor, in a move that, if successful, would further expand the legend's already-sizable sports team portfolio

The report states that in recent weeks, Johnson has been working to assemble a team of investors to purchase a minority piece of the Raiders, which are currently owned by Mark Davis, the son of the late Raiders owner Al Davis.
