Globo apologises to NBA after erroneous YouTube takedown request

Brazilian media group Globo has apologised for an erroneous copyright claim that led to the taking down of the broadcast of an NBA match from the North American basketball league’s official YouTube channel.

The live streaming of the game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Toronto Raptors on February 18 was interrupted in Brazil and removed from YouTube, during the interval of the first quarter.
