Cricket Australia (CA) is set to have its fourth chair in less than 18 months, with Mike Baird to replace Lachlan Henderson next year.

Henderson has announced he will step down from the position due to work commitments, with his role as chief executive of not-for-profit health fund HBF, a role he took up in October, set to require a move home to Perth.
