Fifa punishes clubs for breaching third-party regulations

Fifa’s Disciplinary Committee has today (Tuesday) imposed sanctions on several leading clubs for breaches relating to third-party influence or third-party ownership of players’ economic rights (TPO), with embattled Dutch Eredivisie outfit FC Twente among those punished.
