EXCLUSIVE: Bruin-owned TGI Sport buys specialist virtual advertising agency ISG

TGI Sport, the virtual advertising technology, media and marketing company part owned by Bruin Capital, has agreed a deal to acquire specialist virtual advertising solutions agency the Interregional Sports Group (ISG).

The deal brings together TGI Sport’s digital replacement technology (DRT) solutions with ISG’s experience in DRT rights sales, content creation and distribution of virtual media to create a “technology-led”, full-service offering in the space.
