Spain’s Professional Women’s Football League (LPFF), organising body of the Primera División de la Liga de Fútbol Femenino, has awarded domestic broadcast rights for the top tier of women’s club football to sports streaming platform DAZN and the Mediapro agency, with the former also acquiring global rights to the competition.

The award of the rights across five seasons was announced last night and comes after the LPFF launched a broadcast rights tender on August 23. The tender was for domestic rights, along with markets in the European Union and countries outside the European Economic Area.
