Canal Plus picks up Club World Cup rights in France

French pay-TV broadcaster Canal Plus has acquired rights to the 2022 Fifa Club World Cup, which is taking place in Morocco next month.

With world football’s governing body confirming the award of hosting rights to Morocco last month, Canal Plus will commence its coverage from the latter stages of the tournament.
