The Scottish Rugby national governing body has agreed a new two-year sponsorship with luxury Scottish five-star resort, Cameron House on Loch Lomond.
Cameron House will serve as title partner of the Scotland Business Club, supporting all match day activities in the newly established Cap & Thistle space within the Scotland Suites at BT Murrayfield stadium.
Former Scotland captain and current Scottish Rugby business development manager, Al Kellock (pictured right), said: “Cameron House is a renowned Scottish resort with a strong brand awareness across the world. After a long relationship with Glasgow Warriors, I am delighted that they have deepened their relationship with Scottish Rugby by becoming the Scotland Business Club’s title sponsor.”
The Cap & Thistle is a newly developed room within the recently-refurbished Scotland Suites at Murrayfield in Edinburgh. On Scotland match days, it will be home to the Cameron House Scotland Business Club.
The Business Club has been operating for three years and is an initiative that aims to ‘Inspire business beyond the 80 minutes’. Twenty influential firms across Scotland are part of the Club which offers the opportunity to promote their own brand while enhancing their association with Scottish Rugby.
Andy Roger (pictured left), resort director of Cameron House, said: “The Scottish Business Club has been a remarkably successful innovation and we feel privileged to become title sponsor, helping it grow and prosper in the years ahead and putting something back into the game that we all love.
“By bringing together our two organisations, we’re very confident that we can take the Murrayfield hospitality experience to an even higher level, and we have exciting plans which will be unveiled in due course. As well as working hard on the reopening of Cameron House Hotel next year, we will also be transforming the newly established Cap & Thistle with touches of five-star luxury for Business Club members and their guests.”
