The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has launched a tender for rights to the Indian Premier League Twenty20 tournament for the next five-year cycle, with an e-auction to be held to determine the winning bids.

The governing council of the IPL has invited bids from “reputed entities” to acquire rights for the IPL from 2023 to 2027. The terms and conditions for the process are contained in an invitation to tender document, which will be made available on receipt of a non-refundable INR2.5m (€30,000/$33,000) payment.
