Barcelona extends US ties with Travel + Leisure GO pact

LaLiga club FC Barcelona has extended its commercial reach in North America by naming Orlando, Florida-based subscription travel club Travel + Leisure GO as its official travel partner in the United States.

As part of the partnership, Travel + Leisure GO plans to feature a curated itinerary for members to the city of Barcelona.

FC Barcelona already has a considerable presence in the US. Last summer, music streaming service Spotify expanded its partnership with FC Barcelona in the US becoming the main partner of the Barça Academy Pro soccer schools and Barça Residency Academy USA.

The Spotify announcement came at the start of FC Barcelona’s 2022 US tour, which included games against Real Madrid and Juventus in the Soccer Champions Tour and friendlies against Major League Soccer clubs Inter Miami and New York Red Bulls.

Elsewhere in the region, the club signed a renewal to its regional sponsorship contract with Canadian financial institution Scotiabank, while its women's team FC Barcelona Femeni secured a wide-ranging agreement with Mexican food company Grupo Bimbo.
