Atlético-MG extends with shirt sponsor, Goiás claims record deal

Atlético-MG has extended its shirt sponsorship deal with steel firm Gerdau, while fellow Campeonato Brasileiro Série A club, Goiás, has hailed a record agreement with betting platform Esportes da Sorte.

Gerdau, Brazil’s biggest steel producer, has agreed a one-year contract extension that will take in Atlético-MG’s impending move to its new 46,000-capacity stadium, Arena MRV.
