North Korea has accepted an offer to attend talks with South Korea next week about the country’s participation in the 2018 winter Olympic Games.

Pyeongchang 2018 president Lee Hee-beom has said plans are in place to accommodate North Korea at next month’s winter Olympic Games, should talks scheduled for next week prove successful.
