The Air Race World Championship has signed South African micromobility company Zero-E as its first sponsor as it seeks to resurrect the series.
Zero-E has committed to a 'multi-year' deal worth $4.5m (€4m) with Touchpoint Group, the US media and digital technology holding company which owns Air Race. Under the deal, Zero-E will have certain rights to promote and feature Zero E-Standup bikes at Air Race World Championship events.
