National Women’s Soccer League team Utah Royals have named real estate closing and title insurance company Royal Title as their inaugural back-of-jersey sponsor, in a deal which runs through 2024.
According to a press release, a portion of every Royal Title closing will go directly to Utah Royals to help grow women’s soccer in the state at every level. In addition, every person who closes their home with Royal Title in Utah will receive four free ticket vouchers to attend a Royals match.
“Being a jersey sponsor is an incredible honor. Being on the back of the jersey is even more meaningful because we want these women to know we have their back,” Royal Title co-founder and chief executive Sally Farrar said.
The Utah-based Royal Title was co-founded by Farrar and Utah Royals’ billionaire owner Dell Loy Hansen.
The Royals will host the 2020 NWSL Challenge Cup, which will take place this summer at the organization’s Zions Bank Stadium in Herriman and Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy.
