USL, USLPA complete first CBA for USL League One

The United Soccer League and the USL Players Association have completed the first-ever collective bargaining agreement for USL League One, the USL's second tier and US Soccer's third tier of the men's soccer pyramid.

The USL Championship, US Soccer's second tier and the USL's top tier, agreed to a CBA that began in 2021. Similarly, the League One CBA establishes a minimum compensation structure and sets new standards for player contracts, including with per diem rates and appearances. Working condition standards and grievance procedures are also included.
