Sports Matters Academy discusses data with Nielsen

The third module of educational series Sports Matters Academy takes place today, March 24, and will focus on the use of data in the sports industry.

The module will feature a live, interactive online video discussion with Mike Wragg, managing director for Apac at Nielsen. It will cover topics including the use of data on-field, to improve the performance of teams and athletes, and off-field, to develop rights-holders' sales, communities and profitability, and to enhance products for fans, such as in gaming.
