Sportradar report shows increase in suspicious betting activity

Sports data and betting services company Sportradar has identified 1,212 suspicious matches across 12 sports in 2022, an increase on the previous year, as football continued to have the highest number of highlighted fixtures.

Sportradar Integrity Services, a unit of Sportradar, today (Wednesday) issued its second annual report into betting corruption and match-fixing. The report found suspicious matches in 12 sports across 92 countries from the 850,000 matches the company monitors across 70-plus sports.
