Senior DFB executive resigns ahead of World Cup report

German Football Association (DFB) general secretary Helmut Sandrock has today (Friday) become the latest senior official to resign from the organisation just days before the publication of a report concerning allegations of corruption surrounding the 2006 Fifa World Cup in the country.
