Saudi Arabia targeting MotoGP race

Saudi Arabia is seeking to add a MotoGP race to its motorsport events portfolio, according to the country’s Sports Minister, Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki al Faisal.

Speaking ahead of this weekend’s Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, the Kingdom’s second Formula 1 race, the Prince said officials are keen to add to an events roster that already includes the Dakar Rally and electric motorsport championships Formula E and Extreme E.
