Premier League clubs propose Community Shield shake-up

Clubs in football’s English Premier League have proposed a revamp of the Community Shield, with an overseas fixture and an all-star game among the suggestions put forward.

The Community Shield is traditionally played on the Sunday before the start of the season between the winners of the previous year’s Premier League and FA Cup.
