ONE Championship to stage Muay Thai events as part of ‘long-term’ agreement with Fairtex

Asian combat sports promotions ONE Championship and Fairtex Fight Promotion have announced a “long-term agreement” that will see the organisations stage a series of Muay Thai tournaments in Thailand.

The tournaments, which will involve men’s and women’s contests, will be held at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok. The winners of each tournament will receive a contract with Singapore-based ONE worth $100,000 (€94,000).
