New-look Spanish third division struggles with rights sale

The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has received only one bid - and at a value well below its initial expectation of €15m ($17.64m) per year - for the media-rights to its new-look third-tier club competition, according to Spanish sports news website 2 Playbook.

Streaming platform Footters has reportedly bid around €6m ($7.06m) per season for the rights to the Primera División RFEF.
