LaLiga has announced a media rights agreement in China with telco China Mobile, and launched a tender for rights in the Indian subcontinent.

The China Mobile deal, which was reported by SportBusiness Media last month, includes non-exclusive live streaming rights for all top-tier LaLiga Santander matches and the matches of second-tier LaLiga SmartBank team Espanyol, which Chinese star Wu Lei plays for. The streaming coverage will be on China Mobile's Migu streaming platform. The deal also includes IPTV rights - China Mobile operates a network of IPTV platforms in China.
